The phone number is not public. We create a new virtual phone number used for all automated text and voice messaging set up in your campaign. This means all messaging sent out to new prospects will be through your virtual number, not the number we use for setup. We also use this number to set up call forwarding so that when a lead calls your virtual number directly, the call is forwarded to your organization. If a lead responds through text, these will show up in your Relay Dashboard.
